Sergey Zhukov

Sergey Zhukov was born in Kachar (Kazakhstan) and came to Germany at the end of the 1990s. He switched from ballroom dancing to dance studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts and graduated with the Folkwang Prize. He danced for the FolkwangTanzStudio (FTS) from 2008 to 2014 and was a guest dancer for the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch from 2006 to 2015. Zhukov has worked with choreographers such as Susanne Linke, Urs Dietrich, Rodolpho Leoni, Mark Sieczkarek, Henrieta Horn, Chikako Kaido, Ben J. Riepe, VA Wölfl and many others, and is currently working with laborgras.
