About us
The soundance festival berlin presents joint works and projects by dance and music makers from Berlin's independent scene and invites international guest artists.
As a catalyst for dialogue between the disciplines, the festival presents a broad spectrum of artistic styles across generations - analogue and electronic.
ImprovisationXChange (2013-2016) paved the way for the annual soundance festival berlin (founded in 2017) with its focus on interdisciplinary works by dance and music creators.
The festival is organised by b.arts.u - berlin arts united gemeinnützige UG; co-produced with DOCK ART. The DOCK11 in Berlin has been the venue for many years.

I am a French video artist who lived and worked in Berlin from 2003 - 2021 and has been back in France since 2021.
I create video tools and content for stage productions.
My main tool is Max/Msp/Jitter, a visual programming language for music and multimedia.
I consider the computer as a collaborator, able to suggest and create artistic elements. Using controlled randomness and probability is an important aspect of my practice, giving rules, limitations and (unlimited) variations on which to build further.
